David co-founded Inception Media Group, LLC in November of 2009. Prior to forming Inception Media Group, David spent the previous 24 years at Image Entertainment building one of the industry's top independent distribution companies. In his last 10 years at the company, David held the COO and President positions and was responsible for all day-to-day operations; overseeing critical areas like content acquisitions, corporate/business development, international licensing, marketing, sales and distribution. David is one of the most well respected and established executives in the industry, with extensive domestic and international home entertainment distribution expertise. Over the course of his 20+ years in the industry David has fostered numerous long-standing supplier, customer and vendor relationships.

Andy Reimer (Partner)

Andy co-founded Inception Media Group, LLC in November of 2009. Andy is a senior production, acquisition and distribution executive with more than 25 years of experience in the motion picture, television and home entertainment industries. Andy brings to Inception Media Group extensive expertise in the area of independent film and has worked for some of the industry's leading companies including HBO Video, Blockbuster Entertainment/DEJ Productions, Viacom, Lionsgate Entertainment and Warner Bros. Andy has long-standing relationships with film producers, production companies, talent management firms and sales agencies plus a proven track record of identifying commercially successful films. Andy has several executive producer credits to his name, including one for the 2005 Academy Award®-winning Best Picture film CRASH and one for the 2005 Golden Globe-nominated film THE MATADOR. Additionally, while serving as President of DEJ Productions, Andy acquired the film MONSTER which went on to win an Academy Award® for Best Actress in 2004.
